Bought for a gift for my husband 💕. Didnt take as long as expected to put together, as always easy to follow instructions with everything there.

As other reviewers have said, the Lightailing Kit has some of the worst assembly instructions out there. I was expecting instructions akin to that provided by Lego but no, these guys just took some random photos and stuck them in a book and called them "instructions". Do yourself a favour, search for the YouTube video and watch that instead - it gives a much better walkthrough on how to fit them. I would also call out that these guys obviously went to the effort to create a kit that replaces all the fake lights on the Lego kit with real ones - except they forgot one (end of the catwalk in front of the cab). Once, all installed, a simple flick of a switch lights up the entire model (except that one light of course).The lights themselves are on very fine wires and if you end up following the video, I'd highly recommend you only release one set of wires at a time (each "string" of lights are bound in separate strands) or you run the risk of them all tangling up into a mess like I did (and had to spend the next two hours attempting to detangle them). Having had experience with fine wires for models, I didn't have any troubles with breaking any wires but I'd highly recommend taking it slow, and being as careful as you can - it's really easy to get a wire trapped on a pin and stuck in a hole.Other than that one light they missed, and the fact that only one of the three beacon lights flash, it makes one of Lego's flagship models even more impressive. The lights are bright and really highlights the detail in the Lego model. I'm giving three stars for the lack of attention to detail, and the lack of any reasonable assembly instructions.

The packaging for this was very good but that's where it ended. The lights looked very cheap and the instructions were next to impossible to interpret. Might have been worth it at £9.99 but not £50 more! Didn't boher to open it any further and sent it back for a refund. Very disappointed.

These lights are great, really bring the excavator to life. And as a bonus, when not playing with it, I can use it as a mood light!Gave the lights 4 stars for 2 reasons:- Quite expensive for a dozen of LED lights.- Wires are REALLY fragile. I actually broke the first set of lights and had to buy a second one...They are quite a pain to install (would have been better to have instructions on how to install them while building the excavator and not after it's ready), but the end result will certainly not disappoint :)

It is a very nice addition to the liebherr 9800. It lights it up and accents it very nicely.Thank you.

Ware wie immer gut.Anleitung leider nicht eindeutig. Zum Glück gibt es eine bei you tube. Kann jedem nur empfehlen diese vorher anzusehen.Dann erklärt sich alles

Cuando las luces están puestas se ven bien, pero la calidad de las luces es de media a mala, pero las instrucciones son muy malas, sobre todo si estás acostumbrado a los manuales perfectos de lego, acabas instalando como puedes, muy latoso, los cables y leds sin ningún orden ni etiquetas.
