Unheard of customer service. BRAVO!!!!
This seller answered our issue immediately. Texted us trying to help solve the issue and then even sent two guys to come onsite to our home to make sure we were happy with our arcade game. HOLY COW!!!! You will be satisfied with your game; they make sure of it. We are loving the arcade game. My husband and I have old school video game battles as a mental break since we both work from home.

They do what they promise
I ordered a machine from Creative that the trucking company apparently lost. Contacted Creative and they gave me a free upgrade and had it at my door within a week. I can't say enough how much I like this company. Went way out of their way to make things right.
