JINPUS Air Purifier Replacement Filter, True HEPA and Activated Carbon Filters

I was in need of an air purifier as we live in a small flat and even with an extractor fan and open windows sometimes the lingering fumes from cooking are unpleasant and also my partner suffers from hay fever. I decided to purchase this one as it looked sleek and was relatively affordable compared to other similar products available.I am very pleased I purchased this as the unit is very lightweight and aesthetically pleasing. I have placed it in my kitchen next to my google home and it fits right in. I think the unit can only handle a small area to purify, so it is really helping with the issue of cooking fumes - the air feels a lot cleaner! However if I wanted it to solve the issue of my partners hay fever I think I would need to purchase more units for the bedroom and living room.Having said this for the price I cannot complain, I could even purchase another for less than the price of some other units!Overall I am very impressed, its easy to use - only one off/ on button with a faint led blue ring light to let you know when it is on. It works quietly and effectively :)

It definitely helps purify the air, I can tell when it’s turned off. It would be better if it came with a plug so I have more choices to put it. And it turns itself off after 8 hours which is annoying because I have to get up in the night to turn it back on and I have to keep what ever it’s connected to turned on or the usb turns off. If it didn’t turn off so often and had a plug I would have given it top marks. I would definitely recommend it regardless.

Was working so well for a while then one day just stopped working the filter is fine and I’ve used the same lead i don’t know what happened

I bought this product a month ago and was going to return it but I missed the return window. I used it for few weeks not every day and I did not notices any improvement in my allergy symptons, instead I felt it affected my breathing mildly but I thought it was something else. However, one day I put it on close to me and as soon as I inhaled, I felt something in my throat and started coughing non stop. I nearly had an asthma attack and had to use my inhalor immediately! It might have been the reason why my breathing didn't get better even after 2 weeks.

This seems to be ok, although it's kinda hard to tell if it's actually doing anything. The acid test for me though was to put this in the bedroom when my wife was having one of her farting episodes due to drinking and eating the previous night. It worked, the bedroom didn't smell a blocked drain. Thank god.
