I could not believe the price.

This is a good toner for the Brother printer that we use at our church. The only issue with it was it looked as if it had leaked in the package during shipping, but is working good now that it is installed.

Our Brother HL-L3290CDW printer is particular about it's cartidges and we've a 50/50 chance with it accepting off-brand, particulary after a power cycle. So, we paid the big bucks to get the genuine article and the printer is much happier now.

Brother genuine toner cartridges are very expensive although work extremely well , easy to install and never have any printing problems

good quality but expensive

I have been buying genuine Brother cartridges for several years now and agree with other reviewers that you don't always get as many pages as they claim. However, I recently installed a defective cartridge (cyan streaks all over the page) and contacted Brother for support. Because I had bought the cartridge before my last one ran out but only installed it recently - it was out of the 3 month warranty by 10 days. Brother's answer was - sorry you will just have to buy a new cartridge. Well, I will buy a new cartridge, but definitely not a from Brother. A word to the wise, if you buy this cartridge, be sure to install it within the 90 day warranty period or you may be out $90.
