I still need to try the recipes.
I liked how it looked, and the intent I had to change my life over. As soon as I got it, I flipped thru the pages, said “hmm.” On several pages, with interest, however there is always too many ingredients which I usually half of the ingredients, and I need to go to the store, but I don’t have time cause I feel like all I ever do is sleep, work, clean. repeat. I would love done more time off and lots of money so I can enjoy cooking. Anyways, I am sure everything is delicious and maybe I will try a few when I am 73 years old. But what if this is discovered to be unhealthy? Oh no! Plot twist!

Some Good recipes
I've tried a few recipes in here. Almost all of them look visually appealing, although some seem like more trouble to make then they are worth.

Great recipes for a picky eater
I am a self-admitted picky eater who is also a vegetarian... It makes it even harder to figure out what to make for dinner. This cookbook has loads of recipes that both my boyfriend (a person who demands to have high amounts of protein in every meal) and I enjoy!

A CARNIVORE WHO ENJOYS VEGETARIAN DISHES!
I love all kinds of food and often times I enjoy meals that are entirely vegetarian. I checked this book out from our local library and decided that I would like to have my own copy. I have dozens of cookbooks and this is one that I grab off the shelf often. I need to lose weight and lower my blood glucose levels. This book is helping me to meet those goals with many very enjoyable meals. Another benefit is that without having to have meat as a main dish every day, it helps to lower my grocery bill significantly during these days of high inflation.

Pretty book with mistakes
This book is full of lovely photographs and the recipes are fairly easy to follow. I've made a few dishes and they came out tasty. However, there are mistakes. For example, on page 114, the recipe called "Fresh Veggie and Quinoa Wrap with Sun Dried Tomato Aioli," the missing item from the ingredients list? Sun dried tomatoes. You'd think that something that is part of the recipe name would not have been omitted.

EVERY recipe is amazing!
This is seriously one of the most beautiful cookbooks I've ever owned, and I've owned a lot. Every recipe looks absolutely delicious, common ingredients and is laid out and explained well. Highly recommend!

Good cookbook
Good recipes. We are not vegetarian; but, we cook high fiber and high protein with lots of veggies, fruits, legumes, and whole grains. This works well for us. In some cases, I added lean meat to increase protein to at least 30g per meal. My family has liked most of the recipes that we have tried.
