Worst Product , Not even worked for 1 year. Dont buy
I purchased this Kent product in February 2024. Within just one year, the filter needed to be replaced, which cost around ₹7,000—almost half the price of the unit itself. Instead of opting for Kent, I recommend trying a local vendor. They can install an RO purifier tailored to your water's TDS level, which will last for over three years without issues. The filter replacement for these local options costs around ₹250 every six months, compared to Kent's ₹560 for a filter change. Kent seems to be overcharging by promoting their 4 years of "free service," which isn't truly beneficial.Additionally, Kent doesn't even offer a one-year warranty on the filters, likely because they know they only last about 10 months. In their latest models, they've designed a trick where the sensors beep after about 10 months, prompting you to replace the filters, even though you can simply restart the buzzer and the water will continue to flow.If you're considering buying a Kent product, I suggest you first look at the 1-star reviews before making your decision.
