Nature Made Multi Prenatal Tabs, 90 ct (Packaging may vary)

FYI - I am not pregnant, but taking these "just in case". I've only been taking them for a week but I am really pleased with them so far. They don't upset my stomach or cause headaches (which so many multivitamins do for me), nor do they turn my urine green or neon yellow. I've also noticed less hair shedding in the shower, and my face is clearing up a bit. I will keep taking them!(UPDATE 4/3/13: Turns out that this vitamin does make my urine neon greenish-yellow, but I'm not bothered since it's a neutral side effect.)

I wanted to buy Nature Made for the USP independent testing they do, but I had been taking the liquid capsules, which to me had a fishy smell. I was so happy to get these vitamins today - they are smaller than the capsules, and easier to swallow, with no smell. It was hard to find a supplier who shipped with Prime, but I did find one.

It is better to take the tablets with a full stomach. When taken in the morning, the vitamins would make me feel nauseous; however, taken at lunch along with a bigger meal, the tablet is more easily digested. I think the vitamins are pretty convenient as it consists of taking only one tablet a day, and they are easy to swallow.

These are very small and easy to swallow, but morning sickness made them impossible for my stomach to tolerate. I didn't have any complaints when I was taking them while TTC, though.

I have been able to tolerate iron replacement. These prenatal with iron give a lovely boost of iron with the stomach upset. I was very pleased my labs improved.

I love this "nature" pill. I used to use the gel pills from this brand but had to switch to this one after they changed their vegetable gelatin to animal gelatin. So glad I found it

I really like these... very convenient since you only have to take one a dayAlso I feel less tired after taking these which is a plus since pregnancy can make you very tired
