Worthy of my money
Mine didn’t come with a webcam but I didn’t want or need one. About this laptop.... IT IS AWESOME!!!! It has everything you need! I was going to buy a Crome Book but those don’t have a CD drive. I know who needs one of those these days. I bout a $2000 laptop last year and this one does the same stuff maybe not as much memory but that’s what I have and external hard drive for. I would definitely recommend these barley used laptops to any of my friends and family.****UPDATE**** 9/14/2019I will say I still like the laptop, BUT whoever cleaned the hard drive left the software on the C: drive and I didn’t know what it was so I opened it and it wiped the laptop top again!!! I had just updated some videos from a hunting trip I took and now all the footage is gone..... it makes me wonder now if there is other software on here that they could steal passwords, and credit information from me. I’ll still keep it for family pictures and YouTube binges.

Do not buy
Worthless, second one I purchased, first one stopped working after 2 months. Next one came from Canada, the French side! It fails 3 times an hour and the keyboard has French words everywhere! Tired of googling which key means what. You get what you pay for

Works great, small scratch on screen
There’s a small scratch on the screen (about 1/2”) right in the middle. This laptop is for my husband so it doesn’t bother him. If I was using it - that would drive me crazy.I know it’s refurbished just figured the screen would be in perfect shape.The computer works great. Windows 10 activated with no issues. For the price, it’s a good value!

Upgraded
I have the laptop set up and I am beginning to get familiar with the programs. I read from another reviewer that the seller had actually upgraded him to a newer model - same price. We had the same thing. I contacted the seller to ask about the different model number and I received a quick reply that we were upgraded to a newer, faster hp laptop.

The best
This laptop is the best! When I first got it I was so exited, it’s heavier than I’m used to but it’s still great. After a week of having it, the cord stopped charging it, so I contacted the seller and they sent a new one right away. The best customer service I’ve seen in a while.

Really love this computer. My only disappointment is that it has no battery life and also no bluetooth capability
