Perfect replacement for 5.4l 2001 F-150
In 2020 I purchased this exact set of coils for a 2001 Ford F-150 for the 5.4 l engine. Roughly 5 years later and I have yet to have one fail or otherwise cause issues. I will purchase these again without hesitation in the future. No issues with fitment or the install either.

Good
If you’re looking for a solid ignition coil upgrade, this 8-pack is the way to go! I installed these on my Ford F-150, and the difference was noticeable right away—smoother starts and better performance overall. They fit perfectly and seem to be built with quality materials that can handle the heat (literally). Plus, the red color gives a nice upgraded look under the hood. They’re a great value for the price, and I’d definitely recommend them for anyone needing to replace or upgrade their ignition coils.

Great value
I bought it for a friend who was struggling to get his ford expedition to pass smog. I was half expecting to return it and argue with Amazon for a refund but it worked, the error codes went away. And it was exceptional value. It fit the way it was supposed to and at least for now, it feels like a quality product. So if have an old car where the parts are beginning to feel like they’re more than the car’s worth, give this a try.

Fit perfectly for '01 F150 5.4 Engine
I purchased these to replace all the coil packs on my 2001 f150 with a 5.4 l engine. I had a miss that had developed when the engine was in high gear at about 45 mph. It would develop when I would press down on the accelerator at that speed and the engine would start to miss before it shifted down to pick up speed. The reason for the miss was that, after I remove the old ones, I found I had used too much dielectric grease inside the boots on my previous installation with another brand. I installed these with absolutely no issue, other than it takes about 2 hours in the driveway under normal circumstances. Just remember to use a THIN amount only on the inside of the boot lining, but don't fill the boot where it will occlude the tip of the spark plug that comes in contact with the coil pack spring-- otherwise you risk developing an ignition miss a couple hundred miles after installation. I've used these for about 600 miles since installing them and the truck has run absolutely excellent. I'm very pleased with the performance, quality, and price along with the included warranty and 1-800 number that is included if there are any problems with them to contact the manufacturer.

Bargain price
I bought these coils along with a set of NGK platinum spark plugs for my 2004 Ford F150 4.6L Triton V8. The truck was running fine, but fuel mileage had been decreasing and since the plugs had not been changed since I bought the truck 10 years ago and could be original factory parts for all I knew, I decided a tuneup was in order. Likewise the coils were still functioning fine, but why take a chance? After all, the coils have to come off to get to the plugs anyway, and I wanted to step up to hotter coils, so I shopped around here on Amazon as well as several performance automotive dealers online and these BraveX coils seemed to offer as much or more as higher priced brands, some of which had descriptions so similar that they may well be from the same manufacturer! So, new plugs and coils are in and the truck does feel snappier, more responsive. I haven’t seen any increase in fuel mileage yet, but it’s only been a couple of tankfuls since installing them. So far I’m pretty happy.

Purchased this set for my 2003 f150 5.4 back in May of 2020 and they're still working great! I use my truck mainly for hauling my 5000 pound fifth wheel so was a little nervous to blow a coil while on our regular camping trips (we go 10 - 12 trips a season) and these have been working perfectly! It is now August of 2022 and these are definitely worth the money. I did use some dielectric grease with installation and changed my plugs at the same time. Update 5 years later and still haven't had any issues! If youre thinking of buying these GO FOR IT!
