Great ebook for the price. Information is easy to understand. I'd say most of the book is based on the program. The last part about 10% is simply trying to sell you other stuff by this author. May be good stuff idk but not what I prefer. Overall good. I would recommend it..

The usual boast about being the best system. I would probably rate the book higher if it wasn't for the self promotion. Nothing wrong with the program...

I got to admit, I am thoroughly impressed with the information being offered here; and how it is categorized. The writer has quite the funnel in terms of leading you into an effective and potentially positive 'rabbit hole' with further information presented on his blog, as well as a quality program, downloaded to your phone/device; further providing spreadsheets you can fill in tandem.Everything is categorized nicely and although I've yet to put the specific exercises towards hypertrophy training (run the program as it states) - as a NASM CPT - I can confirm a lot of the information is correct in terms of #'s of repetitions, sets, tempo, frequency to achieve hypertrophy; the exercises intuitively work the entire body at first glance so I am excited to put this to use, and have my clients do the same potentially. Overall, you're getting some quality and value here.

This book should be free, at least that's what is written on the first pages. Is a good read, but half of the book is just advertising, really annoying.
