I have been drinking the strawberry kiwi flavor for a year now, and I love it. It really works. My fingers use to lock up after working in the hot sun all day. When I started drinking the Hydrasurge (strawberry kiwi) it worked. Can not find that flavor any more, so I tried the orange mango. Just terrible, now I,m stuck with a whole canister of this awful crap. Guess I’ll have to find another brandEdit:I found another brand that worked OK, but didn’t like the flavor as much as the strawberry kiwi, like I said above this really works. My fingers are not locking up anymore and they brought the strawberry kiwi back. Five stars.

I am a big fan of Jacked Factory and all of their products I have used. I have a desk job and I drink water all day. Let’s get real…. We all know the importance of drinking water and hydration. That said, drinking good ol water all day gets boring. You can only lose at a casino so many times in a row before you say, “this isn’t fun anymore.” By the time I get home and eat dinner, I find myself saying, “drinking more water with dinner doesn’t sound fun anymore.” Enter HYDRASURGE Electrolyte Powder.When I first tried it, the flavor reminded me of my childhood of sucking on those lemon drop candies. At first a bit overbearing. I was convinced this wasn’t for me. I’ll be honest, the lemonade flavor isn’t my favorite but I am warming up to it. I also find myself not thinking water is boring at dinner now and before I know it, I’ve downed another 20oz of good ol H2O vs the alternative of… beer, wine, juice, or anything else but plain ol water.The powder mixes well. Even my wife seems to be ok with it too. All this said, I like the effect of the actual product…. keeping hydrated but if I had to choose, I’d still go with HYDRASURGE Electrolyte Powder because I prefer the Fruit Punch Flavor.

Drink this everyday. Always take it when traveling!! So much better than all the sugary drink out there!

This is one of the few Electrolyte Powders that contains Magnesium Glycinate and it's not just for sports. You can lose a lot of water and electrolytes doing yard work on a hot Texas summer day which can lead to leg cramps at night. And you need a bioavailable form of magnesium to supply what you've lost.Hopefully, they will resupply their fruit punch flavor soon.

Good electrolytes but really weak flavor. I was hoping based on reviews this actually tasted like descent lemonade ...I didn't expect fresh squeezed but I didn't expect lemon water. It is just OK. I won't be buying this one again.
