Great fit east to install and works every time

Got this for replacement on my Ibm laptop.

I bought these for my Lenovo Laptop I lost the button for the trackpoint, but they are not the right size will not fit the square stem in the keyboard.

My beloved keyboard has a built in IBM Trackpoint II Pointing stick, and the rubber red nub started to get all gooey after nearly 30 years of use, so i picked up this 6 pack of replacements for a little sprucing up. Dimensional accuracy is spot on, it fits easily over the shaft of the Trackpoint II, but it sits a bit prouder than the original, and the material is more dense and smooth. I can't complain too much, since it's closer to the feeling of more modern Thinkpads than my ancient keyboard, but it seems to like to slip a bot more than the original. These are probably exactly what you need for your thinkpad, but i think i need to keep looking.The fact that they came in a zip top bag was a nice addition.

Many of us like to use the Point Stick mouse thing so that we don't have to move our hands off the keyboard over to the mouse. I bought a Think Pad external keyboard so that I could still have the Point Stick keyboard with my laptop closed and docked (Dell laptop). I love it.But then the red Point Stick button fell off and the corner had cracked so it didn't work any more.This product fits nice and tight on the keyboard and I have 5 spares (which I will probably lose by the time I need them).

I like that it comes six in a pack. My little homeschooler pulled off the mouse on the laptop and couldn't find it. It was an excellent replacement!!

The ones that I received don't fit my Thinkpad in any way shape or form. The square hole in the bottom is pretty close to twice as large as the little white thing it is supposed to fit on snugly. Totally useless - they fall off unless the keyboard is totally flat.
