Fabric info label is in Chinese so I cannot be sure. But I am 99% certain it is 100% synthetic; definitely not a natural fabric. Washing instructions are to hand wash only and iron on low temperature.

No, I'm 5ft 1 1/2inch and it reaches to just below my ankles

I would advise to order the Large size to be nice and cozy.
