Diverter mechanism is solid, all water either goes to the hand held or the mounted shower head, no leak through. Finish was even, no blank spots. Installation was a snap, took about 5 minutes to remove the old valve and replace it with this one. Very satisfied with the whole buying experience..Ordering, shipping, product quality, and installation. I do wish advertisers would stop flooding my computer with ads for stuff I have already ordered and don't need any more of!
