They do cause the drawer face to stick out ever so slightly, so one may want to consider mounting them on both sides of the drawer or getting bumpers for the opposite side if little wobble with bother them. I haven't used screws at this point as the sticky pad is holding well enough to work. Time will tell on that one. The only real con for this relates to the adhesive pads. It is quite difficult to peel off the backing. I have them holding some quite big & heavy drawers on a chest of drawers which used to constantly slide open but no longer since I installed these. I’ve found them to be pretty effective. You might find it useful to put one at both the top and the bottom of the doors to ensure they’ll stay closed. These are not that expensive so surely it’s worth giving it a go.
