## Questions & Answers

**Q: Would it be overkill to use Silpats over these? I know that they are coated but over time does this coating fade? Or cause discoloration?**
A: No. I don't know about the job stick fading over time but they will start to change color to brown over time. They are good pans though plus they are made in my backyard and not in China with who knows what.

**Q: Are they warp resistant?**
A: We have had our sheets for well over 6 years.  No issues with warping and we use ours at 450⁰ at least 3x a week.  Just let them cool.  Best sheet pans for the money.

**Q: Will they warp in a hot oven?**
A: They tell you not to put them in an oven over a certain # of degrees.  I think it's 375 or 400, but I haven't had any problems as long as I stay in the right range.

**Q: is the "small loaf" pan a "mini loaf" or normal loaf pan just smaller?**
A: Normal size loaf pan.  I love these pans. They clean easily.  I have bought a set for my daughter and daughter in law.

These cooking sheets are the best we've ever owned. In addition to the set, we bought the extra large cookie sheet. The quality is superb! Finally, we have adult cooking sheets. I was so excited to receive the five piece set, especially the largest cookie sheet. All pieces- EXCEPT the largest cookie sheet- are perfect. The large cookie sheet has three little dents and scrapes. This is unacceptable for a gift. If I was in a store I would return it and get one that is not dented. So I contacted USA Pan customer support, described the problem, and they got back to me right away. They replaced the large cookie sheet within a few days so I could use it as a gift. I am very happy with their Customer Service, so I will give these products five stars. I have used USA Pan products, so I can testify to their quality and durability.
