This hat literally came in a plastic bag and was all mushed up. However, despite being initially very annoyed. I got the ironing board out and a tea towel. Turned my iron down to the lowest setting which still had steam. Laid the various mushed parts flat, laid the tea towel over it and then ironed it out. It has worked really well for me.The hat fits perfectly. So I have no issues with size and the colour is as expected so no issues there. Whilst this arrived slightly rolled up, the instructions are clear and helpful in terms of moulding into shape. Just be mindful that this can take a bit of time, but using at-towel and an iron as instructed helps to speed up the process. The main watch out is sizing.
