I don't measure it out, just kind of dump a healthy amount into my tea and stir. It has a sour taste to it that will alter the taste of your tea but it's fine to me. I would suggest you use a light tea compared to a dark tea.Definitely gives you that "coffee" feeling pick me up although it is a bit slower to kick in than black coffee. Once it kicks in it stays with you for awhile and the come down is not harsh like black coffee's is. Much more mild and easy to work with. I have since ordered my second bag of Green Coffee Bean powder.
