**Q: Does this fit in the lid of the 10q lunch box please**
A: No

**Q: What types of food work best, ie, stay warmest in this? For example,only soups/stews? Or does non-liquid food like pasta in tomato sauce stay hot too?**
A: These Stanley jars are brilliant. I use them to keep food samples hot when I do farmers markets. Non liquid food stays nice and warm as well, and even nearly dry food like fried food. Pasta in tomato sauce would stay hot at least 12 hours and probably more if you don't open the jar too many times. Have been using the same 3 jars regularly for more than a year now. They need careful cleaning and air drying on a rack after use, but they are absolutely fantastic!

A superb flask, very well made metal construction and perfect for holding 2 cans of 400g soup, which is perfect for an afternoon/evening camping adventure in the colder months. Whatever you chose to put in the flask, it will stay warm all day!, and would imagine anything cold would stay cold all day in the summer too (ice cream?). No noticeable heat escaped to the outer shell of the flask in my backpack throughout the day, showing how efficient the flask is. The top is nice and wide, allowing for eating straight from the flask with a long reach spoon. As with all flasks, the lid also doubles up as a cup/mini bowl. Finally, the lid stopper seems solid and a good o-ring seal has never leaked even with the flask being inverted all day. Highly recommended product. Best flask I've used. Feels very sturdy with some weight to it, just the right size and a useful lid that doubles as a cup! Seal is excellent. Made a flask of coffee 6pm one evening and it was still warm 9am the next day.
