If you have a hard time getting vitamins down or forgetting to take them at all, this is my recommendation. They recently came out with a sugar free version too but I have yet to try those. I've used these for both of my pregnancies and and when I go to get blood drawn, my vitamin levels are always good (had some iron, magnesium and vitamin D issues but I don't think that's the vitamins fault. Just had to take extra of those.) Super yummy and with the serving size being 4 gummies, it just feels like candy. Which is great cause I'm a sugar addict and that's what gets me to remember to take them. They are pricy and probably not the *absolute highest* quality vitamins on the market but they are a good basic methylated vitamin that gets the job done while tasting like a sweet treat. So for me, it's worth it.
