The first bottle I tried was the raspberry flavor- do not recommend that one. There were some reviews on here raving about how good it is but if you look at more recent reviews a lot of folks say something happened with that flavor and it doesn’t taste as good as it used to. Next I tried the strawberry which was good at first but after a week or two the taste changed. Couldn’t quite put my finger on it but tasted kinda plastic-y. I decided to go with fruit punch for the most recent bottle. Tastes fine so far but only a week or so in. If this one starts to taste funky I won’t buy anymore. I will say that I do feel like my energy increases when I take these. I don’t feel as tired and sluggish as I used to. Afternoon crash doesn’t happen.
