I bought it for my girlfriend as a gift she said that she loved it. She has other flat irons and curlers but I see her use this one almost everyday.

It is ceramic and does not burn my hair. Very easy to use and excellent value for the money!

I really like the iron but disappointed its goin on the fritz after 6 months of use. The vibration is only working 1/2 of the time. For the cost of the iron I expected better quality.

I bought two Jose Eber flat irons in February. It is now July, and it has stopped vibrating. I have exceeded the return policy, which was in March and stuck with one I have never used. I am using another flat iron for over a year that has not stopped vibrating . I am incredibly disappointed with this product.

Brought this in June 2020 and it quit working in October 2020.I really loved the way it worked on my hair.But, it no longer works properly.How do I return or exchange for a new straightener?

Changing my 5-star rating a few months ago to a 1-star.Worked well.I use the product twice a month at the most.After over 6 months from date of 1st use, the straightening iron has stopped vibrating, a feature that really helped the product do its job.It still heats up, but the result is not as good.Amazing product! have wavy hair (asian ethnicity).Takes me 5-7 minutes to get straight frizz-free hair!
