The adhesive seem to be really strong and secure on a swimming costume for my daughters synchronised swimming costume. Haven’t tested the costume in the pool yet but can’t see them falling off or being an issue. Really good price lots of colours and sizes to choose from. The glue isn’t visible through the thicker lining in the front of the costume, you can see the glue on the back as it’s not lined however my daughter said you can’t feel it through the costume.
