Big enough for a 4 or 5lb roast beef using a sous vide (which is my preferred way of cooking a perfectly medium rare and ultra tender roast beef). I had been using bucket which was inconvenient. There are bigger sous vide containers but this was perfect for me. It doesn't takes up a crazy amount of shelf space but was big enough to store my sous vide inside!I also really liked the silicon cover. The opening was big enough for the sous vide machine and provided a nice cover that holds in the heat of the water a a reduces the evaporation you'd get if you are coming for several hours without a cover.I'm very happy with this purchase! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Works great *by on Reviewed in the United States April 12, 2026* Great container for the sous vide, we place on an oven mitt to reduce the noise from the vibration. Prefents evaporation of water, had items cooking for 48 hours with no issues ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Multi use container *by on Reviewed in the United States September 25, 2026* Works perfectly with my sous vide and I don't even have to use weights most of the time. Additionally, the size of the container is useful for my food prep activities! ## Frequently Bought Together - EVERIE Sous Vide Container with Universal Silicone Lid Compatible with Anova All Models, Anova Nano, Chefsteps Joule, Instant Pot, Wancle Sous Vide Cookers - KitchenBoss WIFI Sous Vide Cooker: Ultra-Quiet Sous-vide Cooking Machine 1100 Watts Stainless Steel Immersion Circulator for Kitchen with TFT Preset Recipes, Black - Wevac Vacuum Sealer Bags 8x50 Rolls 2 pack for Food Saver, Seal a Meal, Weston.
