Yes. It’s weirdly thick too. Does it make me fall asleep within a couple hours of taking it? Also yes, and I STAY asleep. Put the dropper under your tongue and hold that melatonin there for a bit (a tip, the longer you hold it, the less gross it tastes.) Putting it under your tongue allows a faster absorption into your system. While it’s not the best tasting, I am really pleased with my experience with this brand. It works for me every night, and I’m on my second bottle!
