Was planning on using this for a portable raspberry pi portable but it's just too power hungry and hot. Biggest letdown was the 50hz . Review: Wrong EDID. The board advertises YCbCr instead of RGB. - The board announces the color format YCbCr instead of RGB. But in reality it works with RGB. If you have a modern graphic card that supports YCbCr, you will get very weird colors. I am on linux with the amdgpu driver, which doesn't yet support a way to easily configure the color format. So I had to override the EDID. An older graphic cards I have will ignore YCbCr and use RGB. I suppose that's why it works for most people. In theory you can rewrite the EDID in the device. This review is for the green board. I am ordering the blue one to compare.
