Works great
The saw is rather flimsy when fully extended but if you take your time and cut with short methodical strokes, it will get the job done. I cut live oak limbs overhanging my roof that were 25 to 30 feet high. The cheapest quote for professional service was $1300. This was well worth it for the price and huge savings vs. the professional quotes. The saw is sharp but i don't recommend it for limbs larger than 3-4 inches thick when fully extended. Its a good saw when you use it correctly and with patience.

Amazing Saw
This really is an amazing saw. Fully extended, I was able to saw branches off a huge elm tree. At first, I was disappointed because it was wobbly but it sawed through the branches incredibly well. Just one note to future buyers - uou will have a hard time with small branches far from the base. You need the leverage of a strong branch that can stay immobile during the sawing. If you saw near the trunk of the tree, it'll go through it like butter. This saw is SHARP!

30' ft pole is the longest, but use it with caution
I just got this today. It is already bent and not usable. Once bent, no repair to fix the issues and poles are broken at two different locations. Upon the inspection, it shows how thin this pole wall is. Based on the review, I used the height of 24 ft keeping the foot or more for so each joint. But, once it started to bend, there was no recourse. When I received the pkg, I was surprised how light the pole was. I thought this is some sort of high strength AL. That's not the case. Very disappointed. Update: The seller addressed my issue. In the meantime, I got another 24' pole with a different design. That pole was stronger, but heavier. But, its saw was not good. So, Docapole was a better option. In the end, I was able to complete my intended tasks of cutting branches off of a tall tree. Cut about 7-8 small to 1-2" branches. But, the work was arduous and took a considerable time. I suggest the users to use it at 24-26' leaving a foot or so at each section to strengthen each joint section. Also, try it to pull it vertically, once the pole is leaning toward the ground, don't try to hold and pull it up from a horizontal position to a vertical position. It is better to retract the pulled poles and start over. I wish there was an instruction along with the pole. Having had a bent pole, I know how to use this pole better avoiding the same situation. I don't think there is any pole that is 30' long besides Docapole to reach the height I needed. For DIYs, this pole can help to cut small branches for very tall trees and somewhat larger branches at a lower height.

Buy Anything Else But This Thing!!!
Worked pretty well for couple of years HOWEVER, one of the plastic clips broke so I contacted the company to purchase a replacement. The clips are what keeps the telescoping part of the pole in place so it doesn't slip back in or pull out will you have it cutting a branch or palm frond. They no longer offer replacements! Plus the customer service person suggested I use duct tape to fix it! I had been considering purchasing the additional attachments they offer for window washing or dusting in high places too. I don't usually leave reviews but this has made me really angry at their lack of customer service. We live in a world where companies no longer stand behind their product. Their attitude is pretty much "Too Bad, So Sad". I feel really dumb for giving them my money. Pole is worthless!!!!

Works Well...if you read the instructions first!
This is a useful tool. I used it to trim our Birch trees. Very important to read all the directions and tighten the locking screw for the saw blade. If you don't, the saw blade may come off the tip and get stuck up in the tree. Adjust the pole length starting from the bottom first and then work up toward the tip. If you can get the angle right, the saw will cut extremely well, especially if the branch you're cutting stems from a stout leader. If what you're trying to cut stems from a more flexible branch, it will be much more challenging. The farther out you extend the pole, the less pressure you can apply to the cut because the pole becomes increasingly flexible. It takes some practice, but once you get the hang of it, you should be very satisfied with the performance. Try to cut in a manner that isn't in a direct line with the growth habit of the limb you're cutting because once the limb is severed, it might follow the pole down toward you, which will cause you to lower the pole with the weight of the limb. If the limb is heavy, it could bend the pole when it all comes down together and hits the ground. Much better to do your cutting with no leaves on the tree. The limbs will be much lighter without the added weight of the leaves and you will be able to see where to cut much easier. Good luck!

Well worth the Money
Great pole saw. I've had professional pole saws. This saw is great cuts great and is easy to use. The only downfall is the material thickness it's a little flimsy extended 30' but I don't even need that much extension. Easily cuts large branches exceeding the 2" suggestion. You just have to know how to use your saw. For the money you can't beat it.

I used the full 9.1m length to cut a couple of overhanging branches of an oak tree that were blocking evening light to my patio. These branches were just a couple of inches thick, and at full extension it took several minutes to cut each. Not easy, but with patience no real problem. I have also cut a few lower branches, which were easier. Not that I have given only 3 stars for ease of use - that is because it is bound to be difficult to operate a saw blade on a 9.1m pole so the rating is based on the inherent difficulty of the task. However if cutting branches at height is a job that you really need to do - I recommended this product. The saw is sharp and attached easily and the extension section clamps operated both easily and effectively - so in respect of the product itself a rating of 5 stars would be deserved. I am very impressed with the design of the product to enable operation at this extreme length and light weight. Moreover - the customer service was outstanding. - There was a minor fault with the initial delivery and I was surprised at how quickly the supplier rep (Alona) responded via the messaging centre. She asked a few questions for clarification of the problem and very quickly resolved it. I could not be happier with the product and customer service.

El producto es tal y como indica el anuncio al tratarse de una pértiga muy larga es comprensible que tenga bastante oscilación cuando se emplea completamente desplegada.
