Wow…
I was not expecting to be blown away by this product. For years I have purchased compression tank tops from Eastbay, but with them going out of business, I had to start looking elsewhere. I was a little skeptical when I cam across these during my research, as they are twice as expensive as the Eastbay Tank tops I have been using for the past 5+ years, but I have to say I think it will be worth it.Keep in mind I just bought the product and I have not washed/dryed it yet, nor can I give feedback on its durability over time… HOWEVER, what I can say is that comparing this tank top New vs a brand new Eastbay Tanktop, it is night and day.1) The compression is pretty impressive. But it doesn’t feel like its at its limits either, so its not uncomfortable. I also think that because its not stretched past its limits, I can see it lasting longer than my east bay tanks compression longevity.2) the length is amazing. This will be long enough for just about anyone. I am 6’6” and have a disproportionately long torso (my pants inseam is only 32 for context), so I struggle with tanks being long enough but also not riding up over my belly. This tank is long enough to pull over my butt if I wanted to, and I have every confidence that It will not ride up past my waste over time like my eastbay tanks tended to do. Even if it shrank I think I would have more than enough length3) the compression is well distributed. My chest, stomach, and sides all are seeing an effect. I didn’t see this kind of result with my previous tank top unless I went down a size, and that lost me the length I needed.4) the sizing is spot on. I wear 2XL-Tall or 3XL-Tall shirts depending on length. With East Bay Tanks I needed to order XL to make sure they didn’t lose so much elasticity over time that they weren’t really compressing anymore, more just hugging. Because of that the length I needed wasn’t there. I ordered a 2X both hoping it would be long enough, not overly stretched out but also not compressive enough. IT. FITS. PERFECTLY. 2XL is esentially a 2XL-Tall but probably even longer than typical inseam for a 2xt shirt.Negative: it has a tag. The Eastbay shirts were tag-less so that was nice. That being said, I don’t feel lit which is awesome, because I don’t think I will need to cut it out.Overall: one of the best putchases I think I have made. Do I wish it was a better price point. Yes, but only because I want to buy a ton of them. I wear a compression tank under all my shirts every single day. So the fact that it will be a little more expensive to replace my current inventory kind of stinks. That being said, I that is what it takes to have this quality of a product, it is SO WORTH IT.

Perfect if all you need is a little support, comfortable for working out
I'm a trans guy that doesn't have enough breast tissue to warrant an actual binder (I wore A or even AA cups pre-transition), but my chest looks weird if I don't wear anything at all. I was really struggling to find some kind of in-between solution. I had Seinfeld on in the background one day and the "bro/manzier" episode came on, which inspired me to start googling around about what cis guys with mild gynecomastia do. This was just perfect. I worked out in it last night and didn't feel any discomfort or difficulty breathing, whereas working out in an actual binder is completely off the table for me. How difficult it is to step into can fool you into thinking it'll be way too tight, but once it's on, it's perfect. Only thing I can think of is that it might be difficult for some cis guys to get one big enough. I'm 5'4, relatively slim and the small fits just right, for comparison.

Worth $20, but you DO get what you pay for.
First some background. I'm ~30 years old, ~5'9", ~250lb (50~100lb overweight, depending) about a 45" chest. I bought the black in the manufacturer suggested size (XL), with the fast shipping option for a total of about $40. I got this specifically for gyno/moob. Half (or more?) of the moob comes from being overweight, the rest from genetics. I have no metric for comparison, but I would venture a guess that my moob qualifies as "large" or "substantial".------------------------------------(This is the main reason for the lost star.) The chest compression was almost perfect at first, but it has "relaxed" depressingly quickly. Within a few days (3~6) I'd estimate compression had dropped by 40-80%. I quickly found I was constantly in the restroom or the corner "tightening" it down, which is far from reasonable for only a week of wearing in. It seems to have slowed or stopped relaxing since, but it no longer compresses good enough for my needs, especially when sitting. Case in point, right now the collar between the moobs is taught, but it's also an inch away from the skin. Then again, I believe I have rather serious moob, so I may be expecting too much from this item. It DOES still compress some, I just don't really look 100% natural. If your need is close to mine, I would recommend getting an item with more compression, possibly even still this, only in a size smaller. If you only need a little compression though, then this will probably be perfect for you. Still, probably would be best to get a size smaller. I'm fully expecting mine to become a more or less "normal tank" in as little as a month from now. I'm sure yours will wear up a size in a few days. Some seams show through a normal T-shirt, particularly the collar seam. I've had several friends/family notice and ask me if I'm wearing something under my shirt. Fortunately, it's rather easy to play off as a normal undershirt of some kind. I typically use "athletic-T" and rarely, if ever, do I get questioned further. If I do, I use some of the more colorful pejoratives "You know... it's a wife-beater" If I were to STILL get further interrogation, I'd ask "Man, why are you so interested in what I'm wearing? It's just a shirt." ... but it hasn't come to that yet. Probably wouldn't matter if it did; the other party is clearly being nosy at this point, so the onus of explanation is clearly on them. So, If some one finding out and harassing/teasing you is a worry, forget about it. Even if someone saw this on you without a shirt over it, you could probably explain it away easily enough. Plausible deniability is on your side. The material is thin elastic/rubber/springy, so marginally tricky to get on/off, particularly when you're wet. The only way you could really strain and potentially hurt yourself though is if you were putting it on in a rush AND paying absolutely no attention. It's something you have to learn and be slightly vigilant about, it's not a normal shirt after all, but it's a trivial hurdle if you actually have brain matter. So if you worry about that sort of thing, you have nothing to worry about with this. I currently change in and out of this with my normal clothes and it's no more slow, and only very slightly awkward. The fit was tight, obviously... I mean... that's why you're considering buying it. Exactly as others have said though, it is smooth as butter once on. The garment feels quite natural once you get used to it, which is almost as soon as you start to actually do something besides think about it. If you're afraid of comfort issues, it's not as bad as some complainers make it seem. Most of my pants are less comfortable than this item, honestly. The length was a bit long/tall. I'm reading around and I guess that's intentional, it's to prevent riding up. I personally feel like it would be better with at least 4" trimmed off the bottom, but I'm not a clothing engineer, nor particularly tall. I have no riding up problems either, and maybe this is why?The tag was annoying, but I HATE all tags anyway, so that may just be me. Nothing a cutting implement can't fix.Although this point was not at all my intention, the item did tighten up my stomach a bit. I'd have "roll over" on my pants without, but now not as much. This item, of course, doesn't defy the laws of physics and magically disappear matter, so I do still appear overweight at a relaxed stance. It does (subtly) suck up the flab a bit, which probably does look better. Even so, I would not rely on this item for that effect.Fast shipping option was, indeed, lightning fast. I got mine in ~30 hours. In hindsight, it was not really worth it. It made the shipping cost as much as the item and only saved a day or two. Patience was NOT one of my virtues that day.In closing, I believe in these compression garments. This item tried to do what was intended, it unfortunately falls short of perfect for my case. The material is too thin to do lots of compressing really. You will get your $20 worth, for sure, just don't expect it to be a lifetime commitment. In my case, I'll probably be discarding mine in a month or two. I'm also considering getting a stronger unit, or a smaller of this same item. So, bottom line, if you see some of yourself in the top paragraph, then you may wish to follow me. If you have less need, however, then this garment will probably work fine.

Decent
These are the best compression shirts I’ve ever bought that being said they’re not perfect, the material is very hot in the summer. I had one rip in the inner seam on the side and had to sow it myself since they’re so expensive. Most people like them super tight I buy 2 sizes bigger otherwise my belly feels uncomfortable after eating. Overall I think they’re the best option out there.

Gyno problems
Perfect! It hides my gyno like a charm I am currently 18 and saving up for surgery but this is a good solution to surgery or even permanently! The reason why I didnt give it 5 is because on amazon.com its like $20 but here its like £20. But hey what ever it is a life changer if you have gyno like me!

I like it
A little tight, but that's my fault for getting the wrong size. Anyway I can live with that because it hides my pointy nipples, so no longer will chicks run away from me or laugh at me in a club =)

Holds in ya bits and pieces!
Delivery wasn't super fast, but arrived in the end. Fit was ok, but could have been tighter around the stomach, or less elastic around the stomach to hold it all in. Needed to fit into a shirt for a party and it did the job well. Don't expect to be able to move around much, its not easy to bend over etc. Also... make sure you are cool... because this is made of Lycra and you will get very very hot! Would recommend this product for anyone needing a bit of a nip/tuck without the surgery. Although I should just do some exercise. I got a medium and I am a 42inch chest and 34 waist. Just so you have an idea of size.

it is comfortable to wear (on the top half)
I got it as a last minute hope for some sort of compression top/chest binder. It does't compress as much as I hoped (for me) and is partially see through... the bottom half is too long and tight for me as it is made for people/men with slimmer hips than myself. Despite this, it is comfortable to wear (on the top half), and I'm still glad to have it.
