Slightly thick, easy to mix, and fits perfectly in freezer or fridge. will buy other flavors next.

I ordered this to make Smugglers Cove's passion fruit syrup recipe for tiki cocktails. Just equal parts simple syrup and this puree, came out great! I wish the shelf life was a bit longer than 10 days after opening it but adding some Everclear to the recipe extends the syrups refrigerated life to at least a month or 2 if you're okay with it becoming slightly alcoholic.
