You try to keep things looking great, but no matter what you do, scratches just happen, don't they? This touch up paint kit was engineered to fix today's scratches and those coming your way tomorrow. Review: Very strong, adhesive, accurate color - Super accurate color match, very thick but easy to work with. I didn’t even use the clearcoat and the touch up spots have all held through multiple car washes. I did use a needle file and a fiberglass jewelers brush to scuff up the chips beforehand and this obviously helped adhesion. If I cared, I’d file/sand down my touch ups and use the clearcoat but my focus is rust protection not so much cosmetics so as long as the fills stay put I’m happy. Because of my amateur application yes you can see every single touch up but I’d bet if I put in the effort I could probably hide most of it by slicing the raised surface flat, apply clear coat and some rubbing combined to blend. Review: Make sure its mixed well, be careful with the clearcoat - In general I liked how the color matched with this. It's always hard to get the metal flake to match up well and not stand out, but it did a very good job, even on slightly longer runs. It's far less noticeable than the scratches that were on there. The only thing I didn't love was the clear coat. I followed the directions to the letter (made sure it was well mixed, out of the sun, in the proper temperature range). But for some reason everywhere that I used this, the clearcoat would crack and split, making the base job underneath it look worse than it did with just the touch up. If you tape an area off and use VERY fine sand paper, you can take the clear down enough and go over it a second time with the base touch-up and it will level out the cracked clear. All in all, I'm happy with the purchase, and I did buy a second kit after I dropped more than half of my first one. ## Features - Restore your vehicle's appearance easily: Fix scratches and rock chips with color-matched touch-up paint. Step-by-step instructions make it simple—no prior experience needed. - Save time and money with DIY repairs: Avoid expensive trips to the body shop by fixing minor damages yourself. Quality paint and tools deliver great results—without breaking the bank. - Tackle all kinds of scratches seamlessly: Use the right tool for the job, not a one-size-fits-all approach. Assorted brushes equip you for today's scratches—and those coming tomorrow. - Keep your vehicle looking great longer: Apply clear coat over the paint to seal it and achieve the proper finish. Clear coat enhances the color match—and acts as a protective shield. - Primer not included: Apply primer first to help the paint stick better to bare metal or plastic surfaces. Primer is included in our Preferred kit if you're fixing deeper scratches. ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | ASIN | B07W3NDLDD | | Age Range Description | Adult | | Best Sellers Rank | #474,384 in Automotive ( See Top 100 in Automotive ) #1,667 in Automotive Touchup Paint | | Brand | ScratchesHappen | | Brand Name | ScratchesHappen | | Color | Deep Crystal Blue Mica (42M) | | Color Code | #10151f | | Container Type | Bottle | | Coverage | Full | | Customer Reviews | 4.1 out of 5 stars 356 Reviews | | Finish Type | Metallic | | Included Components | paint | | Is Waterproof | True | | Item Form | Liquid | | Item Volume | 30 ml | | Item Weight | 140 g | | Manufacturer | ScratchesHappen | | Paint Type | Acrylic | | Part Number | SH-PAINT-KIT-ESSENTIAL-2726 | | Size | 0.5 Fl Oz (Pack of 1) | | Special Feature | Low Odor, Low VOC, UV Resistant | | Special Features | Low Odor, Low VOC, UV Resistant | | Specific Uses For Product | Exterior | | Surface Recommendation | Metal, Fiberglass | | UPC | 057345163884 | | Water Resistance Level | Water Resistant | ## Product Details - **Brand:** ScratchesHappen - **Color:** Deep Crystal Blue Mica (42M) - **Finish Type:** Metallic - **Item Form:** Liquid - **Item Volume:** 30 Milliliters - **Paint Type:** Acrylic - **Size:** 0.5 Fl Oz (Pack of 1) - **Special Feature:** Low Odor, Low VOC, UV Resistant - **Specific Uses For Product:** Exterior - **Surface Recommendation:** Metal, Fiberglass ## Images ![Exact-Match Touch Up Paint Kit - Deep Crystal Blue Mica (42M) for Mazda - Essential (Paint + Clear Coat) - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/71c9BVP6iLL.jpg) ## Available Options This product comes in different **Color** options. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Very strong, adhesive, accurate color *by T***S on September 20, 2025* Super accurate color match, very thick but easy to work with. When I say you can’t see the repairs, I mean it—you’d never know there were scratches to begin with! The application was straightforward, and the color matched perfectly. It really restored the car’s appearance, making it look like new again. If you’re dealing with any minor damage, I highly recommend this paint. It’s a fantastic solution that delivers flawless results! ## Frequently Bought Together - ScratchesHappen Exact-Match Touch Up Paint Kit - Deep Crystal Blue Mica (42M) for Mazda - Essential (Paint + Clear Coat) - 3M Wetordry™ Sandpaper, 5 Sheets, 3-2/3 in x 9 in, Assorted Grits (1000 / 1500 / 2000 / 2500), Use for Wet and Dry Sanding, Longer Lasting Sandpaper, Great for Auto Body Repair, Smooth Finish (03006) - Genuine Mazda (0000-91-42M) Touch-Up Paint - .44 fl. oz. --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.bo/products/203085221-exact-match-touch-up-paint-kit-deep-crystal-blue-mica](https://www.desertcart.bo/products/203085221-exact-match-touch-up-paint-kit-deep-crystal-blue-mica) --- *Product available on Desertcart Bolivia* *Store origin: BO* *Last updated: 2026-10-10*
