Thanks!** A: From end to end, going across the gel pack, it is 20". The long velcro strap does stretch an additional 5" to a total of 25". **Q: How long would the heat last once it is microwaved?** A: I purchased the Thera pearls neck wrap..The heat last a long time.. I would nuke it 40 seconds in the microwave then take it to Physical therapy with me.
