I have a 2020 Gladiator, with Alpine upgrade. My music preference is classic rock which sounded as if you were listening through a closed door. These speakers sound much better. No more muted instruments. Theses speakers are Mopar and fit, no issues. They replace either front top dash or roll bar speakers (3.5”) tweeters. Just remove the covers, screws and unplug. No additional wires or screw realignment needed. They use same as the factory installed ones.

bought these to replace factory speakers in wrangler. Kickers have always been in my opinion great speakers. These did not disappoint, installed easily and sound great. They really scream and when the top is off you can hear them perfectly. They dont have much bass so you might want to buy a bass cannon or sub. for the price these are great. ( 4 6in mids and 2 2in tweeter)

These are installed in a 2016 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited in the dash and the soundbar to replace the factory tweeters. Shipping was fast and packaging was intact. The price had me concerned because these actually cost more than the 6.5” kickers I have in the dash and the soundbar. They are worth the additional few dollars. I could not hear the factory tweeters before. I can hear these clearly. The sound output is a dramatic difference. I am using the stock radio and made minor adjustments to the equalizer after installing these tweeters. I was afraid I would need a bass blocker because of other reviews but I do not need the bass blockers. I took the opportunity to remove the soundbar and add polyfill and a sound deadening mat in the cavity of the soundbar. Again the sound was a dramatic difference. Look on YouTube for videos of the soundbar removal and polyfill install. The speakers are plug and play. Although a little expensive these tweeters and the tweaks to the soundbar have turned my do it yourself install into a first class sound system. This is a Jeep and I treat it as such there was sand in the soundbar from my 4 wheeling at the beach. So for $300 or so I have all new speakers that transformed the pathetic stock system into a Cadillac sound system that I’m not afraid of losing my investment if I off road. My hesitation to buy these only cost me a year of having a quality sound system. Why wait? This is worth your hard earned money it is worth mine! Great purchase to complete the sound upgrade. Almost 2 years after the purchase of the vehicle...

Great fit and much better sound than the OEM 4 inch "speakers". As others have noted, there is no grill with these speakers, but because they are behind the soundbar cover, it's not an issue for me.

So first the prosThe sound that comes out of these things is so much louder and superior to the stock tweeters in the dash of my 2015 Jeep Wrangler that I am very happy with the purchase. The install is direct and super easy. Pry off the speaker grille with a flathead, undo the few screws holding in the old tweeters, unplug them, plug the new ones in and voila.Next the consThese do bottom out when playing music loud. They simply can't handle the lows. I've read that desoldering the diode from the old tweeters and putting them on these will fix that problem. I will try in the future but for now they are still a 100% upgrade over the old ones.

Install was very easy in 2015 JK. For what they arr, they are great speakers. The downfall for me was just how bright they are! They essentially take over the sound stage and caused ear fatigue, especially at higher volumes. I have the 6.5 Kickers in dash and sound bar. After installing these, I could barely hear the 6.5's. It is probably due to the speakers running in parallel and splitting the wattage. I ended up just removing and returning these. The full wattage is now going to the 6.5's and there is a much more balanced sound.I do wish the positioning of the 6.5 dash knee knocker speakers was better. Oh well. That's Jeep life. 🙂If you like really bright sound, these are perfect. If not, you will want to move along.

I wouldn't expect the sound to be at the stock Alpine level, or even close to a custom setup, but these speakers added really do make a HUGE difference and are money well spent.I initially bought a pair for the front dash speakers. Easy to install - it's all plug and play - and it really improved sound quality/clarity as well as increased the volume (at least to my untrained ears). I liked the front so well, I ordered 2 more for the soundbar. Again, easy installation and a significant improvement to sound.I have yet to replace the 4" speakers in the soundbar, but that's next. Overall a good purchase, easy install, and a great value.
