The three keys that you get with the lock are front door lock sized keys so opening & closing the padlock isn’t really fiddly. Give them a WD40 spray every now & then or oil them & they last & don’t rust, all metals like this need maintenance & in the quick video provided that lock has been on that gate for close to, if not two years & it’s as good as the day that I got it & that’s with the North West of England weather hitting it too! I feel that these padlocks are more than adequate, I have the older one that I’ve mentioned on the side gate & this recent purchase is on the shed instead of two of the much smaller versions of this one.
