I bought for my sister and I. We love these. People complained the large pretzels were broken too. That happens in the grocery store too. It doesn’t affect the flavor just gives us smaller pieces to eat. Love them

Would not buy this product again. All pretzels were broken and smashed with their return policy, noting only to contact Amazon and not accept the accountability

Love these big pretzels but both boxes contained almost all of the pretzels broken into small pieces. This was unacceptable and poorly shipped product. I would not buy from this vendor ever again if this is how this product will arrive. Very disappointed.

I love these pretzels and I purposely purchased a box hoping that they would not be broken but sadly the majority are broken and the very few whole pc are inside but still I like the taste of them and will eat them all thank you

My favorite pretzels. The price has recently gone up. I prefer the box over the bag.

Love the hard pretzels but disappointed in the shipping. Ordered 2 boxes one arrive open bag and both were pretty much bits and pieces instead of whole pretzels
