## Questions & Answers

**Q: Does this come in executive size also?**
A: As of October 2020, no. It was just released in the first half of 2020 so it’s relatively new. Several customers have commented on their website requesting an executive size; so perhaps they will release one in the future.

**Q: Has anyone. tried to use a compass to do math problems? I am worried that a traditional compass will poke holes in the rocketbook.**
A: I've never tried it, but you are correct to suspect that a traditional compass "might" damage the surface of the Rocketbook.  If the damage is significant enough, the ink will settle into the small holes and won't wipe off.  However, as long as you are using Frixion Pens, heat would erase it.  

You could test it on one page to see if the surface is damaged, and if so, how much.   Even if there is damage, it might not affect what you are doing.  There are a couple of pages in the front that would be perfect for a test.  One test is worth a thousand opinions!

If you need to protect the surface, what I would do it to put a small piece of clear packing tape down where the compass point will go.  Packing tape is thicker, so as long as you don't press down too hard the compass point should not penetrate it.  You can still see the lines in the Rocketbook page to locate the point accurately.  

By the way, I'm a retired engineer, so I've done exactly what you are doing on a variety of vellums and drawing surfaces.  Never on my Rocketbook though!

**Q: Does this come with the spiral across the top?  A spiral on the side gets in the way in my opinion.**
A: The spiral is on the side/spine like a book.

**Q: Are there plain white pages included?  I need room to illustrate math problems without lines or grids in the background.**
A: one lined page, the rest are gridded.
