For background I have been sick (constant stomach issues, pneumonia, mono, etc) pretty much constantly the last few years, even though I'm fairly young. I ended up having food allergy testing and being allergic to 35 foods (wheat, milk, nuts, fish, many fruits & veggies) and I have been on a very restricted diet for the last 4 months. I was trying to take a multi-vitamin at first but the iron in it always hurt my stomach so I quit. I was exhausted all the time and even had a sleep study trying to determine why because all of my blood work is perfect. I started taking this vitamin thinking that I would benefit because of my restricted diet and I liked that it didn't contain iron. I was really surprised about 2 days after I started taking it that I was less tired and didn't need a nap. I didn't want to write the review right away because I honestly thought it was a coincidence. I've been taking this vitamin for 5 days and I definitely have seen an increase in my energy levels. I have been staying up later, napping less, and today I actually got up before my alarm went off. This is huge for me, I usually snooze my alarm at least twice. I'm pretty excited about this vitamin because I feel like with my increased energy level I may finally be able to lose some weight.Disclaimer: I received this product for free in exchange for my honest review. First I have to say that I have hypothyroidism , I was so weak from it and from not eating right because I was too tired to cook. I ask my Dr. if I could take vitamins to help me get some strength and he said no! well I didn't listen to him because after all its my body and I know that if you don't eat right for 2 years and you have stress in your life it will leave you flat on your back . I do not know if its a coincidence or not but I do feel the difference. my mind is not as foggy , I sleep a little bit at night comparing to not sleeping at all and spending my nights in my recliner and then sleep all morning . And yet I 'm not taking the full dose I am taking only one a day ,only a few days ago I started to take two . I know it has to be the Renew that's helping me . I don't want to sound like I am doing a commercial for this product I have nothing to gain . I just know that I do feel different since I 'm taking it , I would be lying if I said it didn't help. I will keep taking it until they are all gone and I will tell my Dr. about it . I just had to tell my story because when you are hypothyroid there is not much help out there , your on your own and medication for it.

These vitamins don’t bother my stomach and really keep my immune system strong. A little hard to swallow and sometimes has an after taste but not real bad.

From the wife:I have been taking these vitamins for just over a month. I have noticed an increase in energy. Before taking these, I would get awful afternoon slumps where I could barely keep my eyes open. They have all but disappeared. I have also noticed my fingernails growing much faster. Excellent product that I will continue to make part of my wellness program.

I have been taking these vitamins for a month. They are easy to swallow bc they are capsules which I definitely prefer. I no longer get droopy & tired in middle of day. I will be getting these vitamins on the renewal plan😀They feel like they are just what my body needs.

I liked it at first because it gave me energy but my face broke out. I stopped taking the pills because they broke my face out. Each time I took a pill, within hours my nose turned red and my face break out with pimple. I wish I could have returned but it was pass the time.

I'm a casual user of multivitamins, that means I don't use this address specific health problems. Just thought I will get one in case my vitamin needs aren't being met by my regular diet. I take one per day although sometimes I've missed it. However, I seemed to notice a general improvement especially on my skin, hair etc. You can give this a try if you're looking for a general purpose multivitamin.

I am close to 40, so I'd like to think I know how to swallow pills, but I'll be darned if these didn't get stuck to the side my pipes almost all the time. Took the entire bottle as directed but noticed no change in energy, or anything. I will continue my journey to finding a good multi for older gals.
