I use it for egg salad, tuna salad, macaroni or potato salad (I have relatives who won't eat potato salad if it's made with anything else), I spread it on bread for cold cut sandwiches, and it's a must-have for deviled eggs. Miracle Whip has a good consistency, mixes well and tastes great. If I were to judge by taste alone, I couldn't tell the difference between the Lite and Regular versions, why not spare myself a few extra calories? For some reason, the review prompts mentioned the expiration date, and it is 5 months from now.
