Two tablespoons in my deep dish apple pie worked amazingly. The recipe I used was from the King Arthur Cookbook. Best apple pie. I blend three types of apples for greater flavor. Absolutely perfect.

Always keep this on hand for baking pies. Great product.

This product is good but not if it comes open, spilling out of an unsealed plastic jar and I'm unable to get a refund because it's ineligible for a return. I tried Customer Service with no help. Chat - no help. Phone call with a robot - no help.
