Sadly just as unreliable as the original battery
Upon the purchase and installation of this replacement battery, I was seeing solid charging times as well as charge capacity. I really did not use the portable speaker much after this though and I absolutely did not leave it on the charger for any extended length of time. Within a few months after that original installation, the battery charge lifespan started dropping. As of today (not even a year), the battery will not hold any charge at all. Given that it had little use and is still pretty new, this makes this replacement battery pretty useless.

Fixed the Issue
Got a 2.0 Pill for a wedding gift and battery took a @#$& right after the warranty expired (original factory battery won’t charge and Beats quoted me $120+ I pay shipping to repair). I bought THIS replacement for 1/10th the cost and installed myself. Don’t get me wrong, Install definitely a 4/4 as it’s meant to be done by experienced installers (take notes or pics to refer back to when putting thing back together).Now I can use my speaker as a portable device…and don’t have to stay connected to power to use.
