Holzofenpizza wird super, wenn man den Ofen ausreichend lang anheizt. Er ist sehr schwer, aber auf dem Originalwagen von Morsø dennoch leicht zu verschieben. Leider hat er an manchen Stellen Rostansätze, obwohl wir die Original-Mütze verwenden. Allerdings steht es auch so in der Betriebsanleitung und es ist ein "Reparatur-Set", das ich noch nicht ausprobiert habe, mit dabei.
