Q: Can it attach to a suitcase handle?

Thank you for your question on the Thule Construct. This backpack is able to slide over and attach to the handle of a suitcase using the pass-through strap on the rear of the backpack.

Thank you for your question! The Thule Construct does not include a waterproof rain cover. The fabric has some amount of weather resistance, but will eventually wet through with prolonged exposure to precipitation or submersion. Thule does offer rain covers as available accessories.

Q: Is it water resistant?

Thank you for your interest in Thule products. The Thule Construct is water resistant, able to resist light rain or brief encounters with splashes and drops of water. Submersion or prolonged exposure to water will eventually cause it to wet through.

Q: But is it made in China?

Thank you for your interest in the Thule Construct backpack. Thule packs, bags and luggage products are manufactured in Thule's Vietnam production facility.
