We all tend to pick up bad habits & this training aid helps to get my grip back in line. I have put it on to an old golf club and use it before playing.

Sturdy aid to get that muscle memory grip, stop that lead hand from creeping under.
Solid piece of rubber, good size for an average adult grip (I am right handed), fits over the club shaft easily plus a wrap of adhesive tape, took me 15 minutes to strip club and fit and has 'dried' firmly in place.My partner has never swung a club before and this has introduced a 'correct' style of grip from the getgo,easy for me to recomend this golf club grip. My golf instructor recommended this to help improve my weak grip. Had it fitted to my 7 iron and it started helping immediately.Really useful tool, essentially training wheels but better learning correctly from the get go.

No option for a left handed golfer
It looks good, but I needed this item as a gift to my friend who is a left handed golfer, but there was no option for a left handed players. Despite the description online , it seems it is only available for right handed golfers.
