I've been for some years improving my health by losing weight through constant training and running. Im a family man and father, and time is the essence in order to work out whenever I can from busy schedule. I like doing crossfit a lot and also going with my wife to her boot camp classes as well. Im a heavy man and when I go running on the mornings, my left knee has constantly been in pain, ever since my soccer forward days left me this scar. My doctor recommended to get a knee brace support for my meniscus tear in order to get my knee more comfortables for my runs. I went to my local market and they were all expensive until I went online, I found this one. I received and tried right away, I was blown away how effective the two straps went around my leg and hold my knee firmly. Im a heavy guy and I can tell you this, knee brace works! awesome price too!

Lets face it, as you get older when you are performing a lot of sports and you are really active, the knee can take a huge amount of pain.I used to play vividly through my younger years soccer, as far I can go remember, and this got me my scholarship to FSU. Along the way, I had an ACL tear and I went through a lot of months of therapy with longs of period of recovery. I asked myself If should reconsider a sport that wouldn’t hurt my knee so bad again.I run and do cycling in my spare time now and this pain comes back and forth but not as much as before, and I was recommended to get a knee sleeve or a knee support brace for those days that the pain come back.I have no regrets over this one, affordable price and easy to wash after use ( I sweat a lot).

Review - I got tired of living the city night lights life style and decided to move into a more quieter out of the city experience, so I can focus on my quality of life and fulfilled my passion of extreme sports of kite surfing, longboard and of course my morning running. The problem living remotely, I don’t have access to products to help me improve and support my knee pain that I carried from a torn meniscus from a few years ago. I went into Amazon of course, and look for the top knee brace on the market and this one looked very interesting! It had a very nice price and I went to go for it!! I tested it right away and my running days started got me smiling again! Not only my knee pain was reduced, but I have no problem at all having doing my kite surfing tricks again with less pain as well! Im waiting for a little swell to go longboard and use this Knee Brace as well. If my Knee is happy, Im a happy outdoor kinda guy! Get this if you have the spirit of outdoors!

I wanted an affordable knee brace for my torn acl from surfing my home break last fall. Ive been able to play basketball and run in the last days of summer. I washed it and let it dry before first use. I was skeptical at first, but i started to feel my knee more comfortable after the first wear! I would recommended for injured extreme sports like me.

Good the 1st week, but it lost it's elasticity there after.

Not good...it is very small and it is not fitting too.....waste of my money......I will not recommend this.....
