The quality is consistently excellent from bag to bag, which isn’t always the case with decaf coffee. The flavour is rich, smooth, and well-balanced, with none of the flat or bitter taste that some decaf beans can have. It makes a great espresso as well as a delicious milk-based coffee, and you’d hardly know it’s decaffeinated. However with this decaf coffee it is definitely very mellow. Personally I didn’t register that it had a strength number of 3. If I had I would not have purchased this. But if you love mellow great tasting coffee then this is the one for you.
