I'm 5'8". The handles are long enough and sturdy enough for proper grip when I'm doing leg lifts. I do need to mention that I purchased the power tower without the pads. I can still do leg lifts effectively but it is definitely uncomfortable without the pads. I also want to mention that the tower itself is pretty light weight so I have to be careful to use the tower with proper form with every exercise. If I jerk the tower really hard, it will tip over. I personally haven't had an issue with the tower tipping over. I'm satisfied overall. Serves me right for trying to save a bit by purchasing the cheaper unit ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Sturdy enough to use *by M***K on June 23, 2024* I weigh 180lbs. and it's slightly wobbly when doing dips (because my weight is all on one end). Not so much that it might tip over, but it does rock a little. Other than that, once you get it built, it's a good deal. The instructions are minimal and at times incorrect: It has the different size bolts identified by letters - in one step it said to use bolts E and G, and there were no bolts labeled "E." The diagrams showed washers being used for all the bolts, but there weren't enough washers included for that. I eventually figured it out. Lastly, the two crossbars should be the same length, but one was about 1/8" longer than the other so the vertical bars they connect to are slightly out of parallel. This wasn't enough to keep it from being usable, but probably the reason for the slight wobble I mentioned.
