Doesn't ruin PH balance! *by on Reviewed in Canada 14 January 2021* Make sure to change them every couple of hours, because they are natural, the cotton breaks apart with the sweat and warmth etc. I highly recommend these, they are sooo much better than the bleached and chemical filled convenient brands like Always etc. The funky smells that happen during period are 9/10 due to the pads, with Always and other popular, gross brands really made me insecure and they ruined my PH balance. However, this doesn't happen with these natural and comfortable pads. I cannot stress enough how much I recommend this brand! Buying them online is also discreet and easy to stock up, they sell out quickly in stores!Make a difference for the earth, they are biodegradable!!!! AMAZING!! (And this same brand offer tampons, so much better for your health and the health of mother nature. They are flushable!
