I mix Maca and St Johns Wort together both by Bulk Supplements. I place the products in a weekly pill box (holds 21 individual small containers) on Sundays. Three time a day, I empty the dry contents into my mouth and chase it with water, tea, or coffee. I have also tried it in protein shakes but prefer to just get it over with fast since the St Johns Wort taste is unappealing. I have been taking both products for a more than a year and am used to doing it this way so the taste has become very tolerable. Since many reviewers comment on the benefits I will limit my discussion to what I have experienced personally.
