When I first received this product and tested it out, it made a sound and vibration on both of the settings. I reached out and they sent me a new receiver and had the same issue that I did with the first one. I wouldn't recommend buying this product.

Does not work, cat continues to meow right at my door. Waste of money. Plus the loud tone is not what I want to hear even the entire point is to quit the meowing at 3qm but you still hear the extremely loud and irritating beeps.

I purchased this product to help train my cat. But its difficult to do when it will go off at random times. It also only works about 50% of the time when my cat does vocalize.

Product collar frayed within first two weeks. Actual effectiveness was mixed. Product vibrates when cat purrs which is counter to our objective. It did deter the cat from meowing incessantly when working correctly.

This product isn't for especially smart cats and loud purrers. My cat is very smart and figured out thr length of time she can meow without it going off on the most sensitive setting. It also goes off when she is purring or shakes or scratches at it. I would give a lower review but I can not. The company also messaged me about my thoughts and asked if I wanted to have another of their product by giving my address. That's suspicious and overbearing. I will not recommend this vibration collar to anyone because of how faulty it is. Also those who say a vibration collar is cruel it's not cause it's not shocking the animal it is just vibrations just like a massager but at a lower frequency.

Unfortunately, I was hoping for some peace and quiet in the middle of the night and early morning hours when my feline friend feels like it's time to cause trouble. The problem is, even when she ISN'T causing trouble, this thing goes off. If someone coughs, sneezes or the cat is sound asleep, it goes off. Now, it does, in fact, go off when she is being annoying and meowing through the wee hours of the morning, but why it picks up on no sound at all while she is in a sound sleep right next to me or when someone coughs isn't really getting the point across. I'm sure she's wondering what the heck she did to deserve it!
