This is the perfect size for that, and honestly for almost anything that benefits from this size and needs a smooth, glass-like surface so nothing sticks. The nonstick on this is way better than the older pans I’ve had that eventually peel. It’s basically become my dedicated egg pan. The size is great when you’re cooking for one, whether it’s breakfast, lunch, or dinner. The shape helps too. The curved sides and lip, plus the balanced handle, make it really easy to flip my eggs and pancakes. I’m not sure what the surface on the bottom is called, but it’s that dark, expensive-looking kind (I think it’s hard-anodized aluminum).
