I do not have a lot of room for a disposal under my sink, due to a 1.5 gal hot water heater being squeezed in there too. I did a lot of research, looking for a "more compact" disposal than the E101, even willing to pay almost double, and once I started comparing dimensions, the E101 was actually the best best best fit anyways, so I ordered another one.Interestingly, what arrived at my door was not an E101, but an E202. Luckily, it's the exact same size as the 101, just a little higher hp. I've been running it for a few weeks now, and I'm very happy. It installed in just minutes with the standard In Sink Erator bracket that was already on my sink, and my plumbing was already set up for this disposal size. Just DONT FORGET to remove the knockout for the dishwasher if you're connecting one. I forgot, and my dishwasher didn't drain for a few days until I realized my mistake.It's not "super quiet", but I wasn't expecting that for the price. I also compost most of my food scraps, so I don't jam large amounts of scraps down the disposal, but for small things, and scraps off dinner plates, this guy does a great job, at a GREAT price, with a comparatively small size. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Surprise to find exact item and works great *by T***N on July 8, 2023* It’s been in use for more than 32 years and time to replace it. Called manufacture to find the exact replacement. It doesn’t come with power cord. I have to use the old wirings. I need to replace dishwasher inlet hose and new clamps. The cord and hose will cost about $25 more from big box store. The disposer install takes no time at all. We don’t grind foods or anything hard like bones.
